“The World Wants Extra Nerds,” says Vancouver’s Science World, and the attraction is now serving to you costume the half.
The educational and leisure venue within the iconic geodesic dome on False Creek has simply launched a new online swag shop within the hopes of drumming up extra help to get them by these difficult instances.
Science World kicked off their “The World Needs More Nerds” fundraising campaign again in July, with B.C.’s Dr. Bonnie Henry (as her lovely seven-year-old self) as their first well-known poster youngster. Now the non-profit has merch like socks, face masks, pins, and t-shirts on the market on the nerd theme.
Proceeds from the sale of the brand new line of swag will assist Science World keep open in order that future nerds can discover themselves on the Vancouver venue.
Children can rock the “Nerd in Coaching” tee, whereas adults can strut their stuff as a “Big Nerd” or with the “World Wants Extra Nerds” slogan.
