NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian is being grilled over her involvement with disgraced MP Daryl Maguire and whether or not she knew of his alleged corrupt dealings.
Requested by journalists about taped telephone conversations performed on the inquiry the place she informed Mr Maguire “I do not wish to find out about that”, she repeatedly referred reporters again to her feedback made on the inquiry.
“I spent six hours (on the inquiry) being very open and clear and I refer you to these feedback,” she stated.
“Hand on coronary heart, I’ve accomplished nothing unsuitable.”
Ms Berejiklian described the listening to’s inadvertent publishing of personal conversations between her and then-partner Daryl Maguire as “not very nice”.
