To boost creativity and creativeness, the division of trend design, CT Group of Establishments, Shahpur, in affiliation with Saurav Kumar, a make-up artist, organised ‘The Runway 2020’ – a trend present on Monday.
Younger designers participated enthusiastically and introduced themes, together with masquerade sunrays, greeko mordore and denblue gloss floss.
The occasion included six collections and each spherical was video recorded and can be launched on social media. The choreography was achieved Saurav and his workforce.
“It was a glamorous three-day present, which boosted the visibility of trend and laborious work of ultimate 12 months college students. The occasion supplied platform and alternative to fashions to showcase expertise and enhance their confidence,” stated Parminder Kaur Channi, co-chairperson, CT Group.
The collections included the tribe impressed by conventional dance and outfits of kalbelia, aquaman impressed underwater world and treasures of its magnificence, sheesha-e-aks impressed by mirror work of conventional Indian outfits; blossom- impressed by the booming floral beauties of spring, a pleasant assortment of robes and a particular assortment impressed from disney characters.
These collections had been designed by college students, together with Guresh Kumar, Diksha Kumari, Pawanpreet Kaur, Navdeep Singh, Kareena , Simran, Amandeep Kaur, Simran, Navpreet Kaur, Jaspreet Kaur, Simranjeet Kaur, Sarabjeet Kaur, Isha, Pooja, Neha and Rajni.
Ankita Kararia, HoD, Vogue Design Division, stated, “It was a giant platform for college kids of the CT Group to reveal their hidden creativity.”
Manbir Singh, managing director, and Dr GS Kalra, campus director, appreciated the efforts and motivated the scholars. — OC
